Executive Leadership Coaching

Professional Coaching is one of our specialties. We believe that Leadership development is a deliberate process and requires ongoing training and adjustment. Our Leadership Coaches are field-tested practitioners and understand the important link between theory and practice. At VLP, we know how important Leadership is to the ongoing success of an organization and provide an effective set of coaching practices that will ensure that a Leader’s ‘strengths’ are identified and developed for continuous improvement.


Staff Development & Training

Capacity development is critical to the ongoing success of any organization. With limited resources and a number of options for staff development and training, the VLP Team understands the value in designing a custom experience that can meet the unique needs of an organization. Our training options are designed to be delivered in-person or remotely to small or large group and can fit into small blocks of time (Just the Facts Sessions) or expanded to include maximum breadth and depth for a given topic (1-3 Day Leadership Retreat).

Organization Assessment

Organizations do not exist in a vacuum. They change regularly and often in ways that move an organization further away from intended outcomes. The VLP Organization Assessment process is one that can be custom-fit, but is aimed at one specific target: Identifying the Strengths, Areas in Need of Improvement, Opportunities for Development, and a critically important list of potential Next Steps. The belief that “Change is inevitable, Growth is optional”, drives the Organizational Assessment process that is designed to bring about effective change.

Program Evaluation

Similar to Organization Assessment, the Program Evaluation services are geared toward more specific programs. Such programs might be well into the design phase, already underway, or simply in the early brainstorming phase. Either way, the Team at VLP has the experience to provide the necessary guidance and direction to bring about effective change. The Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle of continuous improvement is at the heart of what we do at VLP and our consulting services are built to move organizations forward.

Organizational performance data is often the point of entry into evaluating the effectiveness of an organization. What are the Key Performance Indicators? benchmarks? Short and Long-Term Goals? Have they been met? How do we know? And perhaps the most important question an organization can ask: So our results are X, now what? Each of these questions are important to ask and the VLP Team understands how to leverage performance data and outcomes as part of the continuous improvement process.
